A Quiet Nest
by Elle Tower
A place to rest, reconnect, and gently return to yourself.
Meditation • Yoga Nidra • Somatic Movement
Welcome.
In a world that often asks us to move faster, achieve more, and carry so much, A Quiet Nest offers something different—a place to pause.
This is a space for deep rest, mindful awareness, and compassionate reconnection with yourself. Through meditation, Yoga Nidra, gentle somatic movement, and contemplative practice, we learn to meet each moment with greater steadiness, curiosity, and kindness.
Whether you are navigating stress, grief, recovery, change, or simply longing for a quieter relationship with yourself, you are welcome here.
There is nothing to become.
Only an invitation to arrive.
About
...the heart behind A Quiet Nest
A Quiet Nest grew from a simple longing: to create gentle spaces for rest, presence, and return.
A Quiet Nest is rooted in the belief that rest is a sacred form of care--and that beneath the noise of life, there is a quiet place within us that is always available.
What began as a personal refuge in meditation gradually became a space for sharing the practices that have most gently sustained me: mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, deep rest, and compassionate presence.
Hello, I’m Elle.
For many years, meditation has been the place I return to through seasons of joy, uncertainty, caregiving, grief, and profound transformation. My teaching is shaped by that lived experience, and by a deep trust in the wisdom that can emerge when we slow down enough to listen.
Through A Quiet Nest, I offer mindfulness meditation, Yoga Nidra, and gentle somatic movement as pathways back to presence, steadiness, and self-compassion. I teach with a trauma-sensitive, choice-based approach that honors each person’s unique experience and welcomes practice to unfold in its own time.
My work is informed by certification as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, as well as training in Yoga Nidra, trauma-informed yoga, Tantric meditation, restorative and yin yoga, somatic movement, and 200-hour yoga teacher training. Alongside community offerings, I also facilitate meditation and restorative practices within clinical treatment settings.
Thank you for being here. It’s an honor to welcome you into this space.
