Gathering Light is a four-week online meditation course created for anyone longing to begin—or gently return to—a mindfulness practice.


Together we’ll explore simple, accessible meditation practices that help us come home to the present moment with greater steadiness, curiosity, and compassion. Each session includes guided meditation, gentle teaching, time for reflection and inquiry, and practical tools to support your practice in everyday life.


Our circle is intentionally small, creating space to learn at your own pace and be supported in community. Whether you're new to meditation or simply longing for a quieter way of being, you are warmly welcome.


Participants receive weekly guided meditation recordings and supportive resources to continue practicing between sessions, with access to the recordings for one month following our final gathering.
